This 1961 Impala convertible has it all, the looks, the stance, the drop top! The car was restored within the last 5 years by an older couple out of GA. We purchased the car from them and gave it our treatment. The body is very nice and rust free on this one. The paint is in super condition with only a couple of small flaws from just being driven, No bubbles or body damage showing in this Impala. The glass and rubber are both in very good condition as well as the chrome and britework. The bumpers are original to the car and show a little age but still very nice. The undercarraige is super solid and very clean with no rust or patch panels. The engine is the stock 283 cid and we upgraded it with an Edelbrock endurashine 4 barrel intake, Edelbrock carb and new dual exhaust. The Impala was then fitted with 13" Corvette C5 4 wheel disc brakes and an aftermarket brake booster for stopping power. A full 4 corner air suspension was professionally installed with the holding tank mounted in the trunk and the controls right at the drivers fingertips. Billet Specialties supplied the 20x10 and 18x8 Custom wheels that were wrapped with new speed rated radials. The car also was fitted with power steering using a Saginaw pump and a 605 box. The interior is super nice with its restored factory red and white pattern. Everything is in fine condition inside the car... everything is in working condition with the exception of the radio.
